OCD Wellness is a specialty mental health clinic dedicated to the assessment and treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and related conditions, including ARFID, Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviours (BFRBs), and Tic Disorders.

We’re looking for  clinicians who are passionate about learning,  committed to clinical excellence, and excited to become part of a collaborative team.

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Registered and in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body.
  • Minimum 3 years of psychotherapy or mental health experience.
  • Experience with cognitive behavioural and behavioural therapies.
  • Experience treating OCD or related disorders is an asset.
  • Interest in developing expertise in ERP and I-CBT.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

  • What You’ll Do

    • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
    • Provide evidence-based therapy for OCD and related disorders.
    • Use approaches such as ERP, I-CBT, ACT, HRT, and CBIT.
    • Collaborate with families and caregivers when appropriate.
    • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
    • Participate in team consultation and professional development.
  • What We’re Looking For
