KEIRANN
KEIRANN NIXON, RP
Keirann is passionate about supporting individuals and families navigating OCD with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care. She believes therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in each client’s unique experiences, goals, and values.

Keirann earned her Master of Theology in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy through Martin Luther University College at Wilfrid Laurier University. Through several years of hospital-based work, she has supported individuals and families experiencing OCD, anxiety, depression, grief, and the emotional challenges that can accompany complex medical conditions. These experiences strengthened her commitment to helping clients better understand what they are experiencing, build practical skills, and move toward meaningful change.
Keirann has completed training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Her background in spirituality and faith also provides a unique perspective when supporting clients whose OCD involves religious, spiritual, or moral concerns.
Keirann takes a warm, collaborative approach to therapy, working with each client to develop personalized treatment goals and strategies that fit their needs. Drawing from evidence-based approaches for OCD, anxiety, trauma, and other life stressors, she strives to create a supportive and validating space where clients can build resilience, develop greater flexibility in responding to difficult thoughts and emotions, and take meaningful steps toward a life guided by their values.

FATEMA
Fatema, MSW, RSW
Fatema is passionate about helping individuals discover their strengths and build meaningful lives beyond the challenges they face. With experience working in inpatient mental health settings, she has supported individuals navigating complex mental health concerns with compassion, empathy, and evidence-based care.
Fatema earned her Master of Social Work from Western University and takes a strength-based, trauma-informed approach to therapy. She recognizes that every person's story is unique and strives to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their treatment.
When working with individuals living with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Fatema utilizes Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD, alongside Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients face fears, build resilience, and move toward the life they want to live. She completed her ERP training through Behavioural Exposure Training Inc.

Outside of the therapy room, Fatema enjoys exploring nature, hiking local trails, spending quality time with family and friends, and experimenting with new baking recipes—though she'll be the first to admit that not every cake turns out as planned!
