With a Master of Social Work from the University of Windsor and extensive hands-on experience, Grace is a dedicated mental health professional specializing in obsessive-compulsive disorder. Grace has completed advanced training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and has a strong foundation in treating OCD and anxiety disorders through exposure-based therapies. Grace remains committed to ongoing learning and is often attending new training opportunities related to OCD treatment. 

Grace’s professional experience spans roles in diverse mental health settings as an individual and family therapist. She has worked with adolescents, families, and individuals tailoring her interventions to meet each clients needs. Grace integrates trauma-informed care into her practice, recognizing the impact past experiences have on a person’s mental health. By creating a safe, supportive, and validating environment she helps clients navigate OCD, trauma, and life stressors. Grace understands that every individual has unique experiences and works in partnership with clients to establish treatment goals while fostering resilience.
