FATEMA
Fatema, MSW, RSW
Fatema is passionate about helping individuals discover their strengths and build meaningful lives beyond the challenges they face. With experience working in inpatient mental health settings, she has supported individuals navigating complex mental health concerns with compassion, empathy, and evidence-based care.
Fatema earned her Master of Social Work from Western University and takes a strength-based, trauma-informed approach to therapy. She recognizes that every person's story is unique and strives to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their treatment.
When working with individuals living with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Fatema utilizes Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD, alongside Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients face fears, build resilience, and move toward the life they want to live. She completed her ERP training through Behavioural Exposure Training Inc.
Outside of the therapy room, Fatema enjoys exploring nature, hiking local trails, spending quality time with family and friends, and experimenting with new baking recipes—though she'll be the first to admit that not every cake turns out as planned!

Kelly Budenz
Social Worker | BASc, MSW, RSW
Kelly is passionate about helping individuals and families overcome OCD and other mental health challenges with compassionate, evidence-based care. She believes that therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
Kelly earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Windsor and has spent the past five years supporting individuals and families in both hospital and community mental health settings. Through this work, she developed a passion for treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) after witnessing the significant impact it can have on people's lives and the challenges many face in accessing specialized care.
Recognizing that every person's journey is different, Kelly creates a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout treatment. She utilizes Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD, alongside Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills, and other evidence-based approaches to help clients build confidence, develop resilience, and move toward the life they want to live.
Above all, Kelly believes that recovery is possible and feels privileged to support clients as they take meaningful steps toward lasting change.
